Questions marked * indicate a response is required. You will not be able to submit your application until all compulsory questions are completed.  

You can save and close and return to your application at anytime prior to when submissions close at 5:00pm on Friday 28 August 2026.

Once you submit an application, you should receive a confirmation email that includes a PDF copy of the application for your records. If you do not receive this confirmation email, your application has not been received. Please check your spam folder for the email before contacting the Grants Team.

PDF copies of the application form can be downloaded from SmartyGrants at any stage, from the last page of the online form.

After an application is submitted, no changes can be made without help from the Yarra City Council Grants Team.

You can return to SmartyGrants at any time to view a copy of your application.
